How forecasts are calculated
For each delivery interval, the baseline looks up the same local clock time seven days earlier. If that slot is unavailable, it uses the most recent eligible match within 28 days.
Official inputs freeze at 10:30 in Vienna on the preceding day. Publication is due by 10:45. Daylight-saving changes are handled explicitly.
Historical replays use data retrieved later. They demonstrate the pipeline, but do not establish what was known at the time or prove predictive skill. No trained model or uncertainty intervals are available yet.
